Standard
Basic validation of a profile or selected confirmed information. This level is not a general guarantee about the company.

An enhanced Rankstead certification is associated with the profile. Its scope remains limited to the criteria and information reviewed.

Information associated with the profile was verified according to the displayed level.

A review is in progress. The final status may be updated once the review is complete.

Suspended
The status is temporarily inactive or requires an update before reactivation. It is not a public accusation.

The status is not currently active, has expired or was not renewed. It is not a sanction.
What a Rankstead badge does not mean
A Rankstead badge is not an absolute guarantee, financial recommendation, government approval or exhaustive legal proof. It reflects a verification status based on available information, Rankstead criteria and data supplied or accessible at the time of review.
Updates, claims and disputes
A company may request an update, provide additional material or dispute information. Personal documents that may be submitted are protected in transit and at rest and retained according to our retention policy. Who can receive a Rankstead badge?▾
A profile with a verifiable source of truth that meets the applicable level criteria. No Verified badge is assigned by default.
What is the difference between Standard, Compliance and Certified?▾
These levels describe increasing verification depth. They do not replace official registries or due diligence appropriate to your decision.
Why can a badge be under review?▾
A file may be new, renewing or require review of additional documents or information.
What does a suspended badge mean?▾
The status requires an update or is temporarily inactive. This label is not an accusation against the company.
What does expired or not verified mean?▾
The status is not currently active, reached its end date or was not renewed.
Can a company dispute its status?▾
Yes. It may report an error, request a correction or provide additional information from its profile or the contact page.
Are badges permanent?▾
No. They may be reviewed, suspended, renewed or expire according to available information and applicable criteria.
Do badges replace public reviews or official registries?▾
No. They are a complementary Rankstead indicator and do not replace official sources or independent analysis.
